Kevin McBride

Archaeologist, Mystic, Connecticut

Expedition Role: Kevin McBride is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Connecticut and the Director of Research at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center in Mashantucket, CT. He will help to host the live broadcasts during the Secrets of the Gulf expedition. Through telepresence, he will be able to communicate with the researchers on the Carolyn Chouest in real time. This will allow him to help out with all of the archaeology goals of the expedition as if he were on the ship.
